The scent of sizzling barbecue skewers and steaming siopao buns mingled with the rhythmic beats of traditional Filipino music, creating an intoxicating atmosphere that drew thousands of attendees from across Finland and beyond.
This year's celebration marked a special milestone - not only commemorating the 127th anniversary of Philippine independence but also celebrating 70 years of warm diplomatic relations between Finland and the Philippines.
